EXCELLENTBased on 35 reviewsVerifiedTim A.2024-09-17Pros in Rehab is the best Physical Therapy for adults, children and babies in the South Bay - in fact it's worth the drive even if you're not near San Jose! This is not the typical barn-like therapy center where sports oriented young therapists run you through a set of exercises. The staff at Pros in Rehab understand the human body and tailor their interventions to your individual needs. It's personalized and worth every minute.VerifiedGa G.2023-10-07Excellent bedside manners and a good listener. I came with an excruciating pain in my upper arm. Dr Jyoti diagnosed and localized the issue fast and set up a treatment plan. After 10 sessions of treatment, my pain has subsided ! She designed exercises to keep strengthening my arm. Definitely recommend coming to see her if you need some serious PT. I have recommended her to my neighbors !VerifiedCelia G.2023-07-31We met Jyoti 3.5 years ago when our newborn needed PT, and again this past year when our second child needed a little help as well. She's kind, caring, patient, encouraging and honest with you. Her goal is to help you or your children reach their goals, she'll never string things along or make you feel like you'll be in PT forever. We also appreciate that she gives you helpful tips to do exercises at home without needing to buy a ton of items or equipment. Our whole family loves her, she's been such a blessing to us!VerifiedKate K.2023-02-26Excellent physical therapy! My son was diagnosed with low muscle tone at seven months old, and Jyoti knew precisely what to do. She has been instrumental in keeping him on track! Jyoti is kind, knowledgeable, and always on time. We are so happy to have found her!VerifiedA.v. N.2021-11-09Shout out to my PT Heidi for helping me out a lot. I had an elbow injury last year plus a long-recurring knee injury that she helped me rehab. She was super professional, very prescriptive in the exercises, and explained the exercises very clearly with the emphasis on what I was trying to focus on with each exercise.VerifiedDavar K.2021-09-01I have had problems with my both knees, so I went to Pros In-rehab for physical therapy. My physical therapist Heidi helped me for five weeks and am very happy with the results. She cares for her patients and does follow ups with the patients. She gave me a lot of exercises and stretching options for home. I highly recommend her.VerifiedSara T.2021-05-25Great physical therapy for children. Heidi worked so well with my daughter and we saw improvement following her personalized plan in a short amount of time. She is very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.VerifiedK M.2020-07-09I took my infant son to Jyoti for pediatric physical therapy for about 8 months. She was very professional and skilled at working with a baby. My son got great care with her even after COVID-19 forced us to do his sessions through Telehealth. Once she started reopening her clinic she was very thorough in her cleaning and making us feel safe to be there. She was also very knowledgeable about proper child development and gave us many exercises to do at home to help him work on gaining new skills. I also appreciated that she was in network with insurance which is extremely hard to find for pediatric therapy in the San Jose area. I highly recommend using Jyoti if your child has any physical therapy needs, they will be in good hands.VerifiedMaru B.2020-01-30This review is well overdue! Jyoti has been a life saver for me and my son. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to Jyoti if you're in pain, she will do all she can to help you out. I had a really bad ankle sprain on my ankle that left me with a lot of mobility issues and pain. I went to another PT that treated me like a number and gave me a pre-canned set of exercises. I got fed up and search on Yelp and found Jyoti. I can't say enough good things about her and the therapists that work with her. She's a GREAT therapist, very caring, spends a lot of time understanding what's going on with your situation and adapting and creating therapy for you. It took a long time to get back on my feet but I'm now healthy and pain free thanks to her. She's also such a nice person I miss spending my one hour sessions with her on Fridays :-) In addition to this my son had been having pain in his feet for a year or so, I took him to his peditrician who said he would grow out of it, i went to a specialist who took a 2 min look at him and said he had sever's disease and yes again he would grow out of it. I mention this to Jyoti and she told me to bring him to her practice, she spent so much time looking after him, teaching him techniques to walk and told me to go to a podiatrist to get a custom shoe insert, also told me to get a second opinion from a specialist who finally figured out what he had and this was not a growing out of it situation. The doctor agreed with Jyoti's diagnosis and treatment and months later my son is running happy and playing sports again, we owe this to her.VerifiedSusan L.2020-01-05Jyoti treated my teenage daughter for several months after a sports injury and we both thought she was wonderful. She is a kind, gentle, caring person who took the time to get to know my daughter and listen to her concerns. She answered her questions and was very patient in explaining the exercises and how they would help her injury improve. My daughter loved going to see her and began to feel better quickly. We would not hesitate to return if we needed physical therapy again.
